Toucanet Sphere is developed by Toucanet AI. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information: your name and email address, obtained via Google Sign-In, plus an internal account identifier. This is required to create and secure your account.

Game activity: your wins, losses, score, and game history, used to show your profile stats and the leaderboard.

Feedback you submit: any bug report, feature request, or other message you send us through the in-app "Send Feedback" form.

Crash and diagnostic data: technical crash reports and performance diagnostics, collected via Sentry, a third-party error-monitoring service. These reports do not include your name or email address.

How we use this information

To operate your account and sign you in, show your profile and the leaderboard, respond to feedback you send us, and diagnose and fix bugs or crashes.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising — Toucanet Sphere has no ads. Google processes your sign-in on our behalf. Sentry receives only crash and diagnostic data, never your name or email. We share data with no one else.

Data security

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — see our account deletion page for how, and exactly what is deleted.

Children's privacy

Toucanet Sphere is intended for users aged 13 and older, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; changes will be posted on this page.
